I couldn't have asked for better service. Saki is professional, committed, attentive, and pays great attention to detail. When I first reached out to her via email, she kindly addressed all my burning questions and concerns and provided a very detailed explanation to all my questions, listing the key things to get ready first so we could start working as soon as possible.

I was very anxious at the beginning of my application, not only because I needed to extend my period of stay for the first time, but also because I had some duties to fulfill that I hadn't addressed in the past. Saki provided a lot of reassurance and guided me through the whole process, making it as smooth as possible.

The application was made online in my behalf. Immigration took quite a bit longer than expected to renew my residence card (which of course, was beyond our control), but she followed up all the way through and answered all the doubts I had in the meantime. She was also very flexible when I told her I wanted to pick up the new card in person instead of receiving it via postal mail because I was in a rush due to travel plans. Saki even came with me and helped me at the Immigration Bureau.

Finally, I ended up getting five more years as per my renewal!

Additionally, I found her fees to be more than reasonable.
